My Story
I have over 10 years of coaching experience and 15 years as a spiritual accompanier, both within the NHS and in a variety of charitable contexts. My experience has led me to be particularly passionate about trauma recovery, leadership development, and climate coaching but clients come to me from all life stages and phases. I love to see clients find their inner purpose, reconnecting with the joy that can be found at the heart of their being.

As a coach, I aim to facilitate this transformation – questioning, supporting and challenging as you grow. Coaching can help you discover the direction you want to be going in, and help you make the necessary changes in your life. Although I work with clients across a whole breadth of life experiences, I am particularly passionate about seeing people develop as leaders, experience recovery from trauma, take positive action in support of the climate crisis, and hold a deeper awareness of the spiritual aspects of life.
